Our EPE pearl cotton foaming machine is the equipment that has a big L/D ratio  and extrudes foam in single-grade. It uses the LDPE resin as the raw material. During the extruding period, the anti-shrinking agents and the foaming agents are injected with high pressure. Atfter the plasticization and mixing by the screw, the material is extruded out from die head. With cooled, the material is shaped and becomes the foam products.

The products that the machine produces are widely used in the packing industry, such as electronic circuit board, electrical apparatus products, top-grade furniture, motorbikes, shoe-making, wooden board, box, hardware, bikes, cars, ceramic, glassware and so on.
